Pie Crust Shells

Pie Crusts purchased from the refrigerated section of your super market can be used in many different ways.  Cut into squares, circles, or flower shapes using a cookie cutter, they can be baked in muffin tins to create little baskets for serving anything from chicken salad, chopped green salad, or mini quiches.  Use cleaned, dry beans to weight down the pie crust while baking.
