Invite your guests to a Princess Ball, encouraging them to wear their most special princess ball gowns.  Roll the invitations into a scroll and tie with ribbon. 

Activities

There are many possibilities for a princess party.  The girls can have their hair and make-up done followed by a fashion show, they can decorate their own tiaras or crowns, or have a dress-up party.  Small pillowcases and paint pens can be purchased at any discount store for the princesses to decorate, and they can double as goodie bags. 

Decorate with several strings of twinkle lights and tulle.  This will give a magical enchanted effect to your party.  If you plan ahead, the lights can be purchased on clearance after the holidays.

Finger foods are best for a princess.  Use small cookie cutters to create finger sandwiches (try www.shopbakersnook.com for a princess crown shaped cookie cutter).  Petit fours are a lot of fun and a great alternative to cake when you’re hosting a party for your little princess.  Candy Pumpkins are readily available around Halloween and Thanksgiving, and would be cute to serve in a candy dish, use as confetti on your dessert table, or tossed in a snack mix with popcorn and pink M&M’s.

There are several Princess movies that can be shown at your princess party, or if you want a more active party, rent a castle jumping house. 

If you want to give your little princess a party that she’ll never forget, hire a horse and carriage to take the little girls for a ride!!  This would offer once in a lifetime photo opportunities for you and your guests.  Just Google “horse drawn carriage” with your city and state to check availability in your area.
